Terms of Service

General Information

Giggle & Glow Party Co. provides event planning, design, and themed rental services for families and children’s celebrations. Our mission is to help you celebrate joyfully, safely, and stress-free!

We currently serve Melbourne, Florida, and offer local delivery, setup, and teardown for events within our service area. Events outside of this area will incur a travel fee, which will be quoted during booking based on distance and travel time.

Digital Products

All digital downloads (including party planning guides, checklists, and design templates) are for personal use only and may not be resold, copied, or distributed.

All digital product sales are final. If you experience technical difficulties accessing your download, please email hello@giggleandglowpartyco.com within 7 days of purchase, and we’ll be happy to help resolve the issue.

Payments & Booking Deposits

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date.

  • Remaining balances are due no later than 7 days before your event.

  • Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit is received.

  • If final payment is not received by the due date, your event date may be released.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand life happens!

  • Cancellations made at least 14 days before the event may be credited toward a future booking within 6 months.

  • Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event will forfeit the deposit.

  • If Giggle & Glow Party Co. must cancel due to illness, emergency, or severe weather, all payments will be refunded or credited in full.

We pride ourselves on providing safe, clean, and beautifully styled setups for your celebration.

Setup Requirements

  • Indoor setup only (no outdoor use).

  • A clean, smoke-free space must be provided for setup and the duration of the rental.

  • Teepees, bedding, décor, and accessories must remain in the same condition as delivered.

Damage Deposit & Cleaning Fees

  • A $100 refundable damage deposit is required for all teepee party rentals.

    • This deposit will be refunded within 48 hours after pickup, provided all items are clean, intact, and undamaged.

  • Any lost, stained, or damaged items may result in partial or full loss of the deposit.

  • If equipment is exposed to cigarette smoke or strong odors, a $100 cleaning fee will be automatically applied and deducted from the deposit.

Travel Fees

  • Events held outside our standard service area will incur a travel fee, quoted during booking based on distance and time.

Party Planning Consults & Design Packages

Our planning services include creative concepts, design guidance, and themed recommendations tailored to your celebration.

  • The Glow & Go Consult includes a one-page outline with ideas and advice (no product links).

  • The The Full Glow Experience includes detailed recommendations, shopping links, and a complete plan for your chosen theme.

All plans are for personal use only and may not be resold or shared. Physical setup is not included unless arranged as a separate service.

Photos & Marketing

We love to showcase our work! By booking with Giggle & Glow Party Co., you grant permission for us to use photos of your event setup (no guests or identifying details unless agreed upon) for marketing purposes including social media, website, and promotional materials.

If you prefer not to have your event featured, please notify us in writing prior to your event date.

Liability

Giggle & Glow Party Co. takes safety seriously and maintains high standards for cleanliness and setup. However, we cannot accept responsibility for accidents or injuries that may occur during or after our services.

By booking with us, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Giggle & Glow Party Co. is not liable for personal injury, allergic reactions, illness, property damage, or loss incurred during or after your event.

  • The client assumes full responsibility for supervising all children and guests using the equipment.

  • Equipment is for indoor, supervised use only.

  • The client is responsible for ensuring the setup area is safe, clear, and appropriate for our materials.

  • Giggle & Glow Party Co. is not liable for damages resulting from misuse of equipment, lack of supervision, or failure to follow safety guidelines.
